The Omega B5010 is a modular booklet system that can process up to 36,000 booklet labels per hour. Equipped with ABG's own uniquely designed booklet label feeding system, it covers lengths from 30 mm to 280 mm and
can process booklets ranging in width from 80 mm to 320 mm.
Booklets can contain up to 56 pages/112 pages and It can be fixed with hot or cold glue as well as lamination depending on your needs.

Key Features:
- Integrated flexo unit with registration control and UV drying system.
- The booklets on the Omega B5010 are fed by a vacuum belt. A transport system will carry the booklet and attach it to the base web.
- Camera inspection with marking system for correct placement on the top page of print review booklets and the base web.
- Using a rotary blade or (alternatively) a razor slicing unit, die-cut booklet labels can be cut into single rolls before rewinding.
