This Agreement, corporate headquartersMatGrup Plaza Yeşilce Mahallesi MATSET MATBAA MAKİNE VE MALZEMELERİ TİC.A.Ş. located at Emektar Sokak No:5 34418 Kağıthane/İstanbul/Türkiye. It has been concluded between https://matset.com.tr/ website (“Site”) member (“Member”) under the following conditions.

In case the contract is concluded on behalf of a legal entity, the person concluding the contract shall declare that he/she is authorized to carry out such a transaction on behalf of the legal entity in question, otherwise (in case of unauthorized transaction), any subsequent actions/takings he/she will do will have consequences. He accepts, declares and undertakes that he is personally responsible for all transactions.

The member accepts that he/she will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of the contract from the moment he/she starts to benefit from the services and that these terms will be binding on him/her.
