Depending on specific quality requirements, the desired resolution may can be selected by pressing the button. Whether 635, 1'270 or 2'540 dpi: resolution is directly related to output performance, hence JetScreen! LT always operates within the optimum quality and speed range. Some JetScreen as an option! LT types are available at resolutions up to 5'080 dpi.
UV Laser Diode Technology
Fiber coupled laser diodes operate in the 405 nm range and is characterized by an ultra-long service life of up to +20'000 exposure hours. They are completely maintenance-free and do not require an active cooling system.
High Performance Reserves

Fully Automatic Calibration
Before each exposure, the system checks the default laser diode settings for the emulsion to be exposed and automatically checks and calibrates the laser diode if necessary. This ensures consistent screen quality and eliminates exposure errors

JetScreen! LT does not need any consumables such as MH lamps/UV lamps/LEDs or DMD chip. Lüscher maintenance software guides the operator through simple maintenance tasks and guarantees high reliability. JetScreen! The LT is equipped with a port for the Remote Support Service, which can connect directly to our technical support via the Internet.
Lowest Energy Consumption
Lüscher's patented laser diode technology ensures minimum power usage of 0.25 kW, reducing costs and ensuring lower cost of ownership. This promotes environmentally friendly production for customers.
Inline Processing
JetScreen as an option! The LT can be integrated into an automatic in-line system, for example with a loading magazine, developer and unloading magazine.
