The Glunz & Jensen Flex-Combi is an advanced and convenient dryer and light finisher solution. It combines the Flex-Lite and Flex-Dry units in one integrated, compact footprint.
The Flex-Lite is equipped with electronic ballasts for UV-A/UV-C exposure and includes an efficient air exhaust system. It is designed to conveniently integrate with Flex-Dry, mounting directly on the dryer without any special clamping equipment.
The Flex-Dry compact drying solution consists of six drying drawers with individually controlled heating systems, blowers, and controls to ensure consistent temperature and excellent drying uniformity. The shape of each drawer ensures that both sides of the plate are perfectly dried every time.
Both the Flex-Lite and Flex-Dry are the result of thorough engineering work and reflect the experience from many years of daily operation in the field of flexo platemaking.
