More productivity-boosting options include dual plate loading and dual imaging, depending on the model. Most engines can be upgraded with both a multi-cassette loader and a track loader. Plate loading of Avalon N VLF models can be automated using a custom-made plate loading robot.
For those needing an extra powerful productivity boost, Avalon N VLF engines feature a press drilling system that significantly reduces setup time. By adding optional press punch blocks, imaged plates can be loaded directly into presses with different punching capabilities and press preparation efficiency can be increased.
ECO3 has taken into account every element affecting CtP efficiency when integrating the Avalon N series. The engine is an important link in the plate production chain, but plates come with additional software utilities for plate processing, digital workflow, scanning, and others.
