The AFP™-NFT plates are high-quality solvent wash FlatTop plate solutions with best-in-class printing press consistency. They improve the ink laydown on wide web flexible packaging film, paper, and label substrates in combination with solid screening patterns, keeping high light dots at perfect quality. At the same time, due to their CleanPrint technology, they maintain printing quality very consistently without any plate cleaning needed, using solvent, water, UV, and EB-based ink systems.

AFP™-NFT flexographic plates feature Asahi’s CleanPrint technology, which has been specifically developed by our chemical engineers to transfer all remaining ink to the printed substrate. FlatTop out of the box
AFP™-NFT are FlatTop out-of-the-box plates, with no special workflow or equipment required. They are compatible with standard workflows such as: UV bank light tubes, UV LED or FULL HD exposure systems.

The flat NFT plate surface can also reduce the typical print mottling effect caused by uneven substrates.
