Evo2 all-in-one
All in one unit. Double tank. High UV. Cooled bed. Light Integrator Evo2 A is an all-in-one plate processing unit with a separate pre-wash section for digital plates. The unit is a single pass inline processor with high power (30 mW/cm²) UVA main exposure, light integrator and controlled lamp cooling system. The processor includes a servo-driven motor plate transport system for constant washing results as well as a volumetric pump for precise polymer solids content control. Four dryer drawers prevent any air leaks from quickly reaching the desired drying temperature. The UVA-UVC light postprocessor can operate sequentially or simultaneously using fiber optic lamp detection.

Evo5 Processor
The Evo5 processor is an incremental processing unit with a pre-wash section and a separate tank for digital plates. During washing, the plate moves at a constant speed. The integrated punch system, the ability to store up to 8 pin bars and the plate holder that prevents the plates from falling to the ground are the standard features of the system. The Evo5 Processor is also available as a faster batch processor (BP).
Evo5 Exposure
The Evo5 Exposure unit comes with an integrated temperature-controlled cooling unit with lamp air cooling system. The clamshell design with pneumatic lid opener ensures easy use and prevents accidental closing. The UV light has high output and consistent, even distribution with a light integrator system that automatically compensates for any UV output variation. The unit can operate in mJ or sec.
Evo5 LightFinisher+Dryer
Evo LightFinisher+Dryer consists of two separate units. The dryer has six drawers where each drawer is heated separately for even temperature control. Integrated exhaust system and touch screen for easy operation are standard. The unit features a programmable heating option as well as an automatic shut-off feature after the final plate is produced. The UVA-UVC light terminator includes fiber optic lamp detection and can be placed on top of the dryer to reduce the overall system footprint.
